Thank you for choosing to be a part of our loyalty program! We value your loyalty and want to reward you for your support. By participating in the program, you will earn points for activities on our site, such as referrals and purchases. These points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, so the more you collect, the more you save!
Eligibility: Anyone with a registered account on our site is automatically enrolled in the loyalty program.
Earn Points: You can earn points for a variety of activities, including referring friends and making purchases.
Viewing Point Balance: Your current point balance is displayed in the top bar of every page on our site.
Redeeming Points: To redeem your points, simply go to the "Redeem Points" tab. You'll see all the rewards available to you, and if you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Point Limits: There is no limit to the number of points you can earn, so go ahead and collect as many as you can!
Point Statuses:
- Approved: These points are available to redeem for rewards immediately.
- Pending: These points are waiting to be verified, usually as a result of a referral or purchase.
- Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account and cannot be redeemed. This could happen if a purchase is cancelled or returned.
Referrals and Cancellations: If a friend you referred cancels or returns their order, any pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Reduced Account Balance: Your account balance may decrease if you, or someone you referred, cancel or return a purchase.
Earned Points Not Reflecting: It may take a few minutes for points to be processed and reflected in your account after you have completed an activity.
Using Points at Checkout: Unfortunately, points cannot be used directly at checkout. You will need to redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout.
Leaving the Program: If you no longer wish to participate in the loyalty program, please contact us to request to be unenrolled. You will lose any accrued points upon unenrollment.
Rejoining the Program: If you change your mind and wish to rejoin the program, simply contact us and we will re-enroll you.
